Effective date and contracting party
These Terms of Service are effective as of June 1, 2026. freeimage.online is operated by RuiBin Yang, located in Hong Kong, China. References to "freeimage", "we", "us", and "our" mean that operating service and its authorized providers.

Acceptance of terms
By accessing freeimage.online, using the generator, uploading content, creating an account, or purchasing a paid plan, you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, the Billing Policy, and any additional notices shown inside the product.

Service description
freeimage provides AI-assisted image workflows, including prompt-to-image generation, image-to-image workflows, background removal, style transfer, image enhancement, examples, templates, and future account tools. Some features may be free, experimental, rate-limited, or available only through a paid plan.

Eligibility and accounts
You must be legally able to use online services in your jurisdiction. If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You may not impersonate another person or use false billing or contact information.

Your prompts, uploads, and input rights
You must own, license, or otherwise have permission to use any prompt, image, file, text, brand asset, face, likeness, product photo, or other material you submit. You grant freeimage and its service providers the rights needed to process your inputs, generate outputs, store account history if enabled, provide support, and operate the service.

Generated outputs
Subject to your compliance with these Terms and applicable model-provider rules, you may use generated outputs for lawful personal or commercial projects. AI outputs may be similar to outputs generated for other users, may contain errors, and may require human review before publication, advertising, ecommerce, legal, medical, financial, or regulated use.

Acceptable use
You may not use freeimage to create, upload, request, or distribute illegal content, malware, hateful or harassing content, sexual content involving minors, non-consensual intimate imagery, deceptive impersonation, privacy-invasive material, infringing content, regulated professional advice, or content that violates model-provider policies or applicable law.

Third-party model providers
freeimage may connect to third-party infrastructure and AI model providers, including Replicate and individual model owners. Those providers may impose separate technical limits, safety policies, retention terms, and usage restrictions. Model availability, quality, pricing, and output behavior can change without notice.

Paid plans and credits
The free generator is intended for quick drafts. Paid plans, credits, higher output tiers, saved workflows, batch features, or advanced tools may be offered separately. Pricing, usage limits, renewal terms, and cancellation terms will be shown before purchase and are also governed by the Billing Policy.

Intellectual property
freeimage, the website, interface, logos, templates, documentation, code, and product design are owned by freeimage or its licensors. You may not copy, resell, reverse engineer, scrape at scale, or create a competing service using our interface, templates, or non-public product materials without written permission.

Availability and changes
We may modify, suspend, limit, or discontinue features, models, free limits, pricing, or access when needed for security, abuse prevention, legal compliance, cost control, maintenance, or product improvement. We are not liable for temporary interruptions, queue delays, failed generations, or model-provider outages.

Disclaimers
The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that outputs will be accurate, unique, lawful for every use, uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for a particular purpose. You are responsible for reviewing outputs and obtaining professional advice where required.

Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, freeimage will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, loss of profits, loss of data, reputational harm, or business interruption arising from your use of the service. Any aggregate liability will be limited to the amount you paid to freeimage in the three months before the claim, or USD $100 if no payment was made.

Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if we believe you violated these Terms, created risk for users or infrastructure, failed to pay, abused free resources, or used the service unlawfully. You may stop using the service at any time and may request account deletion through support where account features are enabled.

Governing law and contact
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of China, unless mandatory local law says otherwise. Legal notices and policy questions can be sent to support@loomadesign.ai. We may update these Terms by posting a revised version with a new effective date.
