Minimal free workflow
The free generator is designed so you can create a quick image draft without registering or filling out a profile form. We aim to collect only what is needed to operate, secure, troubleshoot, prevent abuse, and improve the service.

Information you provide
You may provide prompts, uploaded images, generated outputs, contact messages, account details, support requests, feedback, and billing information through a payment processor. Do not upload sensitive personal data unless you have the rights and a clear reason to process it.

Prompt, upload, and output processing
Prompts, uploaded images, and generated results may be sent to model providers and infrastructure vendors to create the requested output. Anonymous sessions may be handled differently from signed-in accounts. Account history, if enabled, may store generations so you can view or reuse them.

Technical and usage data
We may collect IP address, approximate region, device and browser information, referral source, pages viewed, model requests, timestamps, error logs, performance metrics, abuse signals, cookie identifiers, and security events.

Authentication and accounts
If you sign in, authentication may be provided by Clerk or a similar provider. Account data may include name, email address, profile image, authentication identifiers, session information, organization membership, and account settings.

Payments
If you purchase a paid plan, Stripe or another payment provider may process billing details, payment method data, transaction IDs, invoice information, tax information, and fraud prevention signals. freeimage does not store full payment card numbers on its own servers.

Service providers
We may use providers including Clerk for authentication, Supabase for database and storage, Replicate and model owners for AI processing, Vercel for hosting, Cloudflare for DNS/security, Stripe for payments, analytics tools, email tools, and customer-support tools.

How we use information
We use information to operate the generator, process uploads, return outputs, authenticate users, provide support, improve templates and product quality, detect abuse, secure infrastructure, process payments, comply with law, and communicate important service notices.

Legal bases
Where required, our legal bases may include performance of a contract, legitimate interests in operating and securing the service, consent for optional cookies or marketing, compliance with legal obligations, and your direction to process prompts or uploads.

Retention
We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes described here, unless law, billing records, security needs, dispute resolution, or fraud prevention require a longer period. Anonymous prompt and upload retention may be shorter than signed-in account history.

Our providers may process data in multiple countries. Where required, we rely on appropriate transfer mechanisms such as standard contractual clauses, provider certifications, or other lawful safeguards.

Your rights and choices
Depending on your location, you may request access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction, objection, or withdrawal of consent. You may also choose not to create an account for the free workflow. Send requests to support@loomadesign.ai.

freeimage is not intended for children under the age required by applicable law to consent to online services. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child provided information, contact us.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect information. No internet service is perfectly secure, and you should not submit highly sensitive data unless the product explicitly supports it.
