Scope of this policy
This Billing Policy explains how free access, paid subscriptions, credits, renewals, cancellations, refunds, taxes, and payment support work for freeimage.online. It applies together with the Terms of Service.

Free workflow
The core prompt-to-image workflow is designed to remain available for free quick drafts. Free usage may have limits on model access, output size, queue priority, history, storage, abuse prevention, or daily capacity so the service remains reliable.

Paid plans and credits
Paid plans may unlock additional generations, higher output tiers, saved history, image-to-image, background removal, style transfer, enhancement, priority processing, team features, API workflows, or other premium tools. If credits are offered, the checkout page will state what credits cover and whether they expire.

Checkout disclosures
Before a purchase, we will show the plan name, price, billing period, renewal behavior, key limits, and applicable taxes or fees where supported by the payment provider. You are responsible for reviewing those details before confirming payment.

Payment processor
Payments are processed by Stripe or another third-party payment provider. freeimage does not store full card numbers on its own servers. The payment provider may collect billing details, payment method data, fraud signals, tax information, and transaction records under its own terms and privacy policy.

Renewals
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date shown in your account or receipt. Renewal charges are billed to the payment method on file. If your payment fails, we may retry the charge, downgrade access, pause premium features, or cancel the subscription.

Cancellation
You may cancel future renewals through the billing portal when available, the account dashboard, or by contacting support@loomadesign.ai. Cancellation stops future renewal charges but does not automatically refund the current billing period unless required by law or stated in the plan terms.

Refunds
Refunds are evaluated based on applicable law, the plan purchased, usage, abuse risk, duplicate payments, technical failures, and payment-provider rules. Consumed credits, heavy usage, or completed generation work may be non-refundable. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method where possible.

Taxes and invoices
Prices may exclude taxes unless stated otherwise. Taxes, VAT, GST, sales tax, currency conversion, and payment fees may be calculated by the payment provider. Invoices or receipts will be available through the payment provider or account dashboard where supported.

Plan changes
Upgrades, downgrades, credit packages, promotional offers, and trials may have different rules. Proration, immediate access, delayed downgrades, and trial conversion terms will be shown at checkout or in the billing portal when the feature is available.

Disputes and chargebacks
If you believe a charge is wrong, contact support@loomadesign.ai before opening a chargeback so we can investigate. Fraudulent chargebacks, abusive refund requests, or unpaid balances may lead to account suspension or loss of paid access.

Billing support
For billing questions, include your account email, receipt ID, payment date, and a short explanation. Do not email full card numbers or sensitive payment credentials.
